Molly Hawkins' Wholesale is a unique company because it is owned by individuals that are really motivated to help art teachers.
It was formed almost 35 years ago as a division of Children’s Education Corporation…a leading supplier of books to schools (the same charitable-oriented outfit that started the International BOOKBANK, sending 30+ million books free to children in English-speaking third world countries).
The same people who did all that took Molly Hawkins out on its own more than 30 years ago, carrying with it the same service-oriented mind set. You’ll find a very DIFFERENT attitude from Molly Hawkins people! They’ll help you in ways no other company will.
Now, in 2026, Molly Hawkins' Wholesale is still here supporting the art teachers across the United States which ultimately supports our students, our young artists, and next creative leaders of the world.
We understand that teachers and especially Art teachers are severely underfunded. That is why we strive to save costs in as many ways as possible. We have direct accounts with paper mills to eliminate the middle men which allows us to pass along the savings to you! We also work with many large national brands like Crayola, Dixon-Ticonderoga, Speedball, General Pencil, Krylon, and more to reduce our over all product costs.
As a teacher, you are a part of a special group because we do not give these savings out to the general public. We ONLY sell to teachers in public and private schools, libraries, and children's learning groups.
When you work with Molly Hawkins, you are not working with A.I., (A.I. is a bad word around here) you are working with real people. People who have children in elementary school that use Molly Hawkins products. People who have family members who are teachers and educators across in many different states. People like you that have the itch to be creative, to draw, to doodle, to paint but most importantly, to express themselves through art.
