NEW FOR 2026

Our new interactive order form makes quote and order requests easier and faster for you! The new interactive form will auto populate product description and costs (does not include shipping).

Simply download the order form, fill it out and email it to SALES@mollyhawkins.com

Someone from the team will review your order, make sure all discounts are applied, make savings suggestions, calculate and discount freight costs and then we will email your order confirmation back.

We want you to review it (make any changes you want) and approve the final order. We won't ship until you say okay.. So look for our email.

Tips: If a product code does not populate a description, weight, or cost that is okay! Try typing the code in exactly as it is shown in the website, or remove any dashes. 
Molly is an artist and not a computer programmer, but she still working out the kinks. If you see any items not loading, you can type in what you think the item number is and we will update the form and send it back for your approval.
